The Munster Junior Championships were held over the weekend of February 2nd/3rd in the Kilmurray Lodge Hotel, Limerick. A total of 62 players took part.

Under 8's This was a one day event which was won by Hiram Wood-Hennessey on 5/5.Second was Jeffrey Alfred on 4/5 and third was Emre Keskin on 3/5.

Under 10's The under 10's was a very close affair with Aine Moloney and Cian Guinan on 4.5/6. Aine getting the better of the tie break. In joint third were Eoin Doyle and Billy McKenna on 4/6.

Under 12's There was a clear winner here with Ronan Magee scoring 5/5. Both John Cormican and Michael Sheehan came in joint second on 4/5.

Under 14's This was a very strong section with another clear winner, Hugh Doyle on 4.5/5. Second was Ashley Campion on 4/4 with Christopher Young and Jason Hurley joint third on 4/5.

Under 16's This section was won by Robert McKenna on 4.5/5 with Kieran Young second on 4/5 and Thomas Carr third on 3/5.
