For members who want to login to their account on this site but who have forgotten their password, there is a button (just below the form on the login page page) labelled Forgot Password which, when clicked, will send a message with the password to the member's email address.

However, a problem arises when a member changes their email address and stops using the old one used to register their account, the address to which the Forgot Password message is sent. One solution is for the member to ask for their password, but that's not recommended because it leaves the account with an out-of-date email address.

Instead, a member should simply register another website account using a new email address and password but with the same name, ICU number and PIN. This has the additional benefit that if the new password is also forgotten, then the member will receive the message sent by clicking the Forgot Password button.
