Psychology Experiment Participants Sought
12-31
31-12-2010

Players are sought to participate in a study as part of a final year psychology degree. Participants will partake in 12 online blitz matches (5 minutes each on the clock). Each participant will be given a name and account and required to play 12 games online on a chess site. In some or all games you will not know your opponents rating. This aim is to provide insight into how awareness of your opponent's rating affects your performance. This may be pretty significant research for sport psychology theory and is also related to stereotype theory. You can do it in the comfort of your own home and will probably take place in the evening time around 7-9 on either January the 9th, 10th and 11th, places may be limited.

For more information please contact . Your participation will be greatly appreciated.
