As part of the Wicklow Regatta Festival, Wicklow Chess Club will be organising a FREE chess challenge next Sat. 30th July from 2-5pm. Venue: Parnell Bridge, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town (Near Garda Station). We will challenge anyone to a game, using a giant set and clock. Participants will have to run round the board to press the clock. You could say a bit of chess and athletics all in one! Contact for further details.
