Pursuant to Article 9.6 of the constitution, the executive committee have appointed Kevin O'Flaherty as secretary. Kevin has been for many years Mr. Chess in University of Limerick, where he has been president, secretary, treasurer, coach and web admin. We thank him for volunteering for this arduous role.
