A new feature has been added to the ratings site. If you hover over the Ratings link in the top menu, a new item, Live, appears which, if you click it, will take you to a live rating list. Or you can just click and/or bookmark this link: ratings.icu.ie/live_ratings.
You don't have to login to see this list but you do have to be a current member (and of course have some rated games) to appear in it. For further details, click the Help link at the top of the Live ICU Ratings page.
