Chessossity.com is being used by a number of schools around the Galway area by teachers that had never played chess themselves, because it does virtually everything for the teachers. It is designed for use on the teachers "white boards" which are in all our schools. Here is a short video to show the features:

The model used with schools at the moment is that as a coach I would visit a school and spend a few classes with the teacher until their confidence grows to the point where they can run the 5 minute lessons and league matches themselves. Children are encouraged to move up from a "pawn" to a "king" by playing the lesson ideas and completing the puzzles.

Every coach has their own methods and systems of teaching, for this reason there is an electronic "demo" board and variation board, which allows expert chess coaches to save their own lessons and flexibility to investigate all sidelines.
