After many years of distinguished service to World and European chess, Kevin O'Connell MSc, IA, FST, FM has retired as Ireland's FIDE and ECU Delegate. The ICU formally and wholeheartedly thank Kevin for all his years of dedicated service in these roles and look forward to his continued support of Chess in Ireland and Internationally in his many other roles.
