( After this move, Black is winning. He had to try 27. Ne4 but even then 27... Nf3+ 28. Kf1 Qg6! and Black should win. ) 27...  Rh4 ( Winning, of course, but the immediate 27... Qf4 is slightly more accurate ) 28. Kg1 Rg4?? ( This is a shame, after playing so imaginatively and well, in time trouble, Alice misses the killer blow 28... Qf4!! and Fritz announces mate in 9. There is no defence now, the obvious 29. g3 is met by 29... Nf3+ 30. Kf1 Rh1+ 31. Kg2 Rh2+ 32. Kf1 Nd2+ 33. Kg1 Qxf2+ 34. Qxf2 Rfxf2 forcing mate! ) 29. Kf1 Rh4 30. Kg1 Time was a big fctor in Alice missing this win, a good argument for longer time controls, maybe? 1/2-1/2
