The Irish Chess Union

The Annual General Meeting of the Irish Chess Union will be held on Sunday 3rd September 2006 at 1pm. The venue will be published in the next issue of the Irish Chess Journal and on this web-site at a later date.

The positions in the ICU executive are Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Junior Officer, Membership Officer, Rating Officer, Tournament Controller, Public Relations Officer and Arbitration Officer.

All current members of the ICU who are 16 years or over can be nominated for any of the above positions by any other paid-up member of the ICU.

Please forward any motions for discussion at this meeting and any nominations for membership of the Executive Committee to John Alfred, , before 28th July 2006.
