The ICU webserver had problems last week and our hosting company (Hosting365 aka Namesco) rebuilt it on Friday night. It was back online by Saturday lunchtime but someone had made a booboo which meant that anything requiring a session (logging in or paying a subscription, for example) would not function properly. A support ticket pointing out the problem was submitted on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday was escalated to the 3rd line support team (i.e. there was no quick fix). On Monday the support team were "still a little busy with other things" but by Tuesday morning the problem had finally been resolved.
