The Irish Veterans Championships (Over 60s) will be held in the Boyne Valley Hotel, Drogheda, Co Louth over 14th-16th October 2011. 5 round swiss, 2hr per game with 1st round at 7.00pm Friday 14th. Last year saw a 3 way tie for first place between Colm Egan, Art Coldrick and Mervyn King. 4th was Jack Kilane, 5th Paul Cassidy, 6th Frank McMahon, 7th Maurice Coveney and 8th Denis Dempsey.
