Conditions for rated players at the Irish Chess Championship
Conditions will be offered to the players who are in the top 10 active Irish players according to the March 2013 FIDE rating list. In the event that a player turns down the conditions offered, the Tournament Director will offer to subsequent players according to the FIDE rating list, subject to that player being rated 2200+.
