At the 2009 AGM an important motion was passed to begin work on a development plan for Irish Chess. John Delaney, as Vice-Chair, has progressed this during the year. Some background material is attached. This includes an outline development plan document; some important ideas about how chess volunteers can work together, and most importantly a list of ideas and points submitted by ICU members in response to John's call for comments in March 2010.
