Since its inception, the ICU website has had parts that are accessible only to currently subscribed members of the ICU. That has now changed as the 2006-07 ICU committee take the view that the whole website (with few exceptions) should be accessible to anyone.
In practical terms, the biggest change is that members will no longer have to login to access ratings, articles and other features of the web site. More details are available in this article, including instructions for viewing your rating history without logging in. The links on the left have also been reorganised, in part to reflect the lower relevance of logging in.
