From July 23 for at least 2 days and possibly a bit longer, both ICU sites (www and ratings) will be down for maintenance. This is partly to facilitate moving both applications to a more up-to-date server and also, for www, a new hosting provider but mainly because there will be a completely new version of the www site.

Work on the new site began about a year ago and was due to be released sometime later this year. However, our hosting provider for the old www site recently announced that they would be updating their platform on July 24 and requiring all users to make their software compatible. This would have been difficult for us in the short time available and it was decided that rather than spending effort to keep the old site going for a few more months, the new site would be released early, even though not all features have been implemented yet.
